Oh, the Great Ice Storm of 2005. What an icky few days. Although I heard that nearly 400,000 Duke Power customers in South Carolina alone lost power, we were fortunate enough to have power through the whole thing. We did lose our cable, though, for about a day, but I’d much rather be warm, dry, and clean.
